The Wentzville Firefighters Community Outreach program was established in 2008 with support from the Wentzville Fire Protection District by Wentzville Firefighters who wanted to do more for our community. As firefighters, we often see the most tragic events and deal with people when they are at their lowest low. As a result of what we are faced with we set out to form an organization that could provide a positive spin and give hope to those when they are faced with such an event.
We believe that we can do more for our community than just performing our duties as firefighters and our members have vowed to work on and off-duty to help those that may need our help but may not know where to turn.
Since the inception of the Wentzville Firefighters Community Outreach Program we have helped communities that were affected by natural disasters, citizens that have been plagued with cancer and helped parents to keep track of their children through the Mason's child ID program.
We are here to help and if you know someone in need or may need assistance at an event that helps our community please feel free to contact us and we will see what assistance we can offer.

It would be impossible for our group to donate money to everyone requesting financial assistance, but perhaps we can assist in other capacities. If you or someone you know needs assistance from our program, please fill out the form below and leave a brief message about the type of assistance needed. A member will contact you to advise if we have the ability to help. If you prefer to be contacted via phone, please include your phone number in the message line. We reserve the right to perform a background check on individuals prior to providing assistance.
The Wentzville Firefighters Community Outreach Program reserves the right to check police backgrounds and references on all nominees that have been selected to recieve assistance.
Donations are the backbone of our organization and without them we could not continue to assist the community. If you would like to make a tax deductible, secure donation via PayPal please click on the Gold PayPal button below.
The "Event Sponsorship" tab is a new item added this year and it gives family and friends the ability to pledge funds to support a participant in the run/walk event without participating in the event. We also have various kinds of buisness sponsors available, please check them out if you are interested in sponsoring our event.
Thank you from our hearts and of the men, women and children that you will be helping.
Please help us help our citizens!

Dear Pink Heals Tour Race Participants,
Thank you for your participation in the Pink Heals event that was held on October 23rd, 2010. With your help and weather that cooperated we had a great race!
The race results are attached for the 5K run and I would like to apologize for the delay in getting the results to everyone. The system we used was antiquated and took some time gathering/compiling data. There are 7 bib numbers that I could not match a name with but the times for that bib number have been assigned. The documents above are in Microsoft Word format and are broken into two lists. One list is alphabetical and the other is the overall times.
This is our second year and we are learning as we go. Next year we hope to have a digital timing system and will be making a few changes to the registration process. These changes will hopefully help us keep better records to ensure that all people are accounted for.
Thank you once again and please do not hesitate to contact me at (636) 299-3231 with any questions.
Sincerely,
Shelby Wilcox
Race Registration Coordinator
